The guy on reception was rude and unhelpful but the ladies were brilliant

The location was great for me as I was coming for a conference and the conference is literally around the corner. And the view from my living room was amazing.
I also enjoyed the large bathroom.
The breakfast was very disapointing. I was looking for a traditional English breakfast but only got a paper bag with few items.

Good location
A few minor issues like the fridge not shutting because the ice box was too icy. Ran out of toilet paper. Also building work outside was really noisy and started early. Building too hot.
