Super indico, ótima localização e ótima comida próxima

Cheap and clean, but shared with roommates

The place is OK. It was clean and renovated. It got pretty much everything necessary. The check-in was easy, and they always answered questions promptly. There is a daily cleaning service for the common area. The WiFi was good. The area around is busy with lots of groceries and places to eat. However, the closest beach is about 30 min. away walking, the city center - 20-25 min., and the airport shuttle - 20 min. walking.

The room was super small—just the bed, with hardly any room to move. They offer private bedrooms with a bathroom, but it's with a shared kitchen and common area. I didn't realize that during the booking, so it's more like you're sharing an apartment with roommates. They did all the necessary arrangements for that, but still, there's little privacy once you leave your room. And as a shared apartment, you could hear absolutely any noise - when someone opens the main door, when they leave, when they go to the kitchen, when they use the kitchen, when they talk in the common area. The place is on the ground floor, and two of the bedrooms face the street, not the patio. You could hear all the noise from the street and even smell the cars. I struggled to stay in this super small room with those "public" common parts that are shared between 4 rooms with 2-4 people and a cleaning lady. Noises would start from 6 AM to 11 PM. Also, there is a construction of a building right next door, so definitely not a place to rest. There was no separation of the garbage. You have to do it on your own in your own room. Have in mind that they'll send you the check-in information on the day of your arrival. Make sure you have battery on your device and access to mobile internet.

Tiny rooms and loud

Every room has their own set of china and cutlery in the kitchen

The rooms are super tiny - felt like sleeping in a closet. We got the room next to the entrance and I could hear every time someone opened it. I could also hear three alarms in the morning coming from other guests in the other rooms. The pillows are very big and uncomfortable. All the check in information is in Spanish and the owners are hard to reach. Far away from the city center.

Very clean but very misleading

Bed very comfortably, decent shower and efficient air con unit. Lovely out door space although very noisy as work next door was being carried out. Host was very helpful but needs to address some issues.

TV may as well not of been there. Not made clear shared kitchen and outdoor space. This needs to be made clearer in listing. No rules for noise or parties. Rooms located very close together and no or little soundproofing. We had to get up very early on day of departure and there was screaming and slamming of doors way past midnight.

Ci hanno offerto caffè e colazione il primo giorno, ottima la cucina in comune con altri ospiti, essendoci solo 5 stanze sembra una casa in famiglia, molto socievole e accogliente. tutto pulitissimo in stanza e cucina, doccia meravigliosa molto spaziosa, aria condizionata e giardino molto carino dove fare colazione o aperitivo. Consigliato!

La posizione è in una zona così così. Ma i taxi funzionano così bene e costano così poco che non è mai stato un gran problema, ci sono super mercati vicini quindi è comoda.
