The pool was nice, the big balcony was really nice, hot water was really nice and the unit having a washer and dryer was a big plus. It was nice to have beach chairs available to use at the beach.
In the pictures of looking at the place to stay, must’ve been when the unit was first purchased because there was some parts of the baseboard trim missing. When we first got there, the floors were very dirty, turning ours and our daughters feet black, when we went to the grocery later that afternoon we actually purchased mopping solution and mopped the floors ourselves and it honestly didn’t help all that much. The bed is very uncomfortable, not sure how to describe it but it wasn’t a nice bed, basically just a bed to have in the unit and it made loud noises when tossing and turning in the bed. The outside balcony bench was falling apart and caving in, not comfortable to sit in at all. Whoever stayed here before us, used the toys and beach chairs and apparently did not bother to wash any of the sand off, there was sand in the buckets and all over the balcony. The balcony door handle was extremely loose when we first arrived at well, we did contact the personnel about the loose handle. I could go on and on but I hate to pick out every little thing but to sum it up, the unit does need a lot of updating.
