Matilda welcomed and greeted us warmly and even agreed for us to check in an hour early. House is so close to the water front that you can hear the waves at night. Area is so safe and shops, cafes are nearby. Parking available outside the house. There was so much attention to every detail. House decor is so cute. We had so much fun staying there. House was so clean and beautiful. We had everything that we need and more for our family of four.
Everything you can think of was provided by Matilda, like basmati rice, pasta, spices to olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, jam, honey and the list goes on and on. She also brought over fruits, snacks and bottled water for when we arrived. So thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
Plenty of towels, bedsheets, Iron, hairdryer, sewing kit, etc. Parking available outside the home. Matilda is just so thoughtful and caring.
On the last day, she also came to say good bye and brought us souvenirs 🎁 , thank you. We would love to stay here again if we ever visited Crete.
She was also very flexible with the check out time as we were flying back to London in the evening. That was an excellent example of Greek Hospitality. To be honest, house was exactly that you see in pictures and more. Matilda is the best hostess we have ever stayed with. Thank you from all of us.

Vacanza familiare, casa super accessoriata, non mancava nulla! A 30 m dalla spiaggia, comoda da raggiungere dall’aeroporto e vicina ad Heraklion. Matilda, la proprietaria di casa, è super gentile e sempre pronta ad aiutare gli ospiti. Consigliata per una vacanza all’insegna del relax.

Matilda nagyon kedves szállásadó. Várt bennünket hajnalban és hozott nekünk palackozott vizet. Kaptunk még gyümölcsöket is és egy-két dolgot a hűtőben. A ház nagyon tiszta volt és a strand nagyon közel volt. Nekünk nagyon tetszett, bárkinek ajánlanám.
Volt két este, amikor nem jutott mindenkinek fürdővíz, de kiderült, hogy egy kapcsoló lekapcsolt állapotba került és így nem töltődött fel a víztartály.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The house is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need, thought through down to the smallest details. It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds, as well as two bathrooms, four air conditioners, and Wi-Fi with a strong signal throughout the house. Each bedroom has a balcony, and one offers a beautiful sea view. The terrace and the spacious free parking make the stay even more comfortable. The location is convenient: about 20 minutes by car from the airport, a supermarket just 2 minutes on foot, and a bus stop 4 minutes away on foot.
Special thanks to our host Matilda. She is incredibly friendly, sincere, and attentive, always ready to help and give useful tips for enjoying the stay. Thanks to her warmth and hospitality, we felt right at home.
We are very happy we chose this place, and we remember our stay with great gratitude. Thank you so much, Matilda!❤️
