Einfach traumhaft – wir kommen definitiv wieder! ❤️
Die Wohnung und die Lage waren für uns ein absoluter Traum. Ich war schon in sehr vielen Ferienwohnungen, aber diese war mit Abstand die schönste Erfahrung, die wir bisher gemacht haben. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch unglaublich stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Gedanken in jedes Detail gesteckt wurden.
Besonders schön war auch das kleine Willkommensgeschenk – eine wirklich aufmerksame und persönliche Geste.
Der Gastgeber war unglaublich zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hatte tatsächlich das Gefühl, nicht einfach in einer Ferienwohnung zu übernachten, sondern bei guten Freunden zu Gast zu sein. So viel persönliche Aufmerksamkeit erlebt man wirklich selten.
Besonders begeistert waren wir auch von den Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Als wir nach einem guten Restaurant gefragt haben, wurden uns nicht einfach irgendwelche Standard-Empfehlungen oder eine kopierte Liste geschickt. Der Gastgeber hat sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht und unsere Wünsche und Anmerkungen dazu berücksichtigt, was wir gerne essen. Die Empfehlungen waren dementsprechend wirklich hervorragend.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Für uns war es eine rundum perfekte Erfahrung – wir kommen definitiv wieder! ❤️

We live in London but visit our family in Crete every summer, so finding somewhere we feel comfortable and at home is really important to us.This is honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed.The beds werw incredibly comfortable,we slept like babies.The kitchen had everything we could possibly need,and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus.We also loved the thoughtful local touches, like the raki, honey and herbal tea.
The owner was exceptional, very communicative, helpful and always happy to give us recommendations. We felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
We will definitely be coming back and this is already becoming one of our regular places to stay in Crete. Highly recommended!

One of the best places we've ever stayed. The apartment is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean and even more spacious than the photos suggest. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, making us feel at home from the very first moment.
The balcony overlooking the pedestrian street was our favourite spot for morning coffee and evening wine. Despite being right in the heart of Heraklion, the apartment was peaceful and incredibly comfortable.
The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms spotless and the whole apartment felt luxurious yet warm and welcoming.
The host was friendly, responsive and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend KHANDAQ to anyone visiting Heraklion.
