Cristina was very helpful and responsive when we had some issues. She’s genuinely nice person, as well as the neighbor.
The apartment is elegant and well decorated that I feel the pride and taste from the owner. It’s in a lovely local neighborhood and walking distance to the beach.

Nice location, tidy and clean. Cristina was pleasant and helpful. Was good for our 1 night stay before our flight.
2nd floor with no elevator may be difficult for some with luggage. Also, ACs work great but the fact that the water gallon had to be emptied every 3 hours is a bit of an issue at night. Should consider routing AC water outwards so it’s a worry free sleep. But despite all, gave it a 10 because these issues were mentioned in the details, but I missed them!

Idealne położenie apartamentu, dzięki któremu mamy tylko 2 minutki by moczyć się w morzu, wystarczy tylko przejść przez ulicę. W tym samym budynku mamy pyszne lody oraz cukiernię z bułeczkami na śniadanie. Do centrum Ostii parę minut. Do stacji Lido Ostia Centro pieszo jest 12 minut skąd pociągiem dojedziemy do centrum, Colosseum, generalnie wszędzie.
Apartament czysty i zadbany, z klimatyzacją. Ma dwie łazienki, co naprawdę jest bardzo komfortowe przy 5 osobach. Dostępne ręczniki, oraz ręczniki plażowe a także parasol, niezbędny na plażę. W sumie mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy ☺️ a Pani Cristina bardzo miła i pomocna ☺️
