About this cabin rental
With a personal hot tub, this freestanding 2-bedroom, 1 ½-bath cabin is located just three miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Unit 17 features king and queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, queen futon, small deck and personal outdoor hot tub. This unit has an air conditioner. Dine with a view of the mountains with a full kitchen and gas grill, explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door, or relax in front of a gas fireplace with cable TV and free DVD movie rentals. Stays include complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps eight.

This was a last minute trip, and I was afraid we wouldn't be able to find an acceptable place to stay. This cabin has a homey feel (think grandma's house) and is exceptionally clean. The hot tub is wonderfully relaxing and offers a view of the mountains. It is checked and maintained every day, so it stays super clean as well. The beds were firm but comfortable. My only negatives are that there is no air conditioning (I missed that part when I booked), and the living room furniture is uncomfortable. The sofa bed has springs protruding into the cushions, and the futon is slanted down very deeply making getting up and down hard for us old folks! Lol A new sofa, recliner, and window air conditioner would make this an excellent choice! Overall, we had a good stay.
