Teníamos reserva para el mes de agosto, pero por un tema de salud tuvimos que mover varias veces, el hotel fue muy amable y nos acepto el cambio.
Además, como no podía usar la piscina, nos cambiaron de hotel al Hotel Jacaranda, de la misma cadena de los Hoteles Memorables, es nuestro hotel visitado de ellos, nos encantan sus hoteles
LA comida es deliciosa, el lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones, la atención del persona (Dayana, Yaqueline, Luis) fueron super amables.
Realmente es un lugar al que queremos volver y estar más días para descansar
No aplica... nos quisiéramos haber quedado más días

This is a beautiful quiet and magical hotel, the staff is absolutely wonderful, Adriana, Juan David were exceptional, the food was great and the ladies preparing it were very gracious.

The amazing hotel that made us feel like in a private house rather than a hotel. The magnificent pool. The amazing breakfast buffet. The cleanliness and amazing size of the room.
