Spacious, comfortable, good security locks on inside and outside of front door, good power shower and air conditioning down to 18 degrees C. Location very convenient, 15min walk from Colloseum, up to 5mins walk only to take metro or bus into city centre or beyond. Host Mario very thoughtful, met us at 23.00 outside apartment on arrival to show us in and how things worked despite our flight being delayed.
If being really critical, hairdryer had burning smell and a bit weak but only used it once and was ok!

Very nice and helpful owner. The apartment was ready and clean, even had wine in the fridge for us :) You can walk everywhere, but there's a metro station 5 minutes away. I recommend it!

Very well-located apartment. Clean and well-equipped. Mario is a welcoming host. The air conditioning works great; we stayed during a heatwave and it managed brilliantly. The bathroom is a bit tight. We highly recommend the property.
An old-style elevator (you're in the center of Rome :) ) that can get stuck if neighbors aren't careful, forcing you to use the stairs. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be a problem for some. We had to walk up twice in 3 days.

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de trenes y accesible para visitar distintos puntos turísticos. Mario el anfitrión muy amable nos esperó para darnos la llave del departamento muy tarde por la noche ya que nuestro vuelo se había demorado.
