The view, room sizes, bedrooms,living room,kitchen
All the stairs/ steps. Needs elevator
inconvenience lugging all your luggage/ groceries. All the trips up & down..
Bathrooms little small & bathroom with tub needs updated & needs new door from bedroom to balcony, ontop was big gap,& left in alot of heat, bedroom was hotest room, had to run extra fan every night & dryer needs updated as well& it's way up too high, had to use step stool to use/ get clothes out, but great room sizes for kitchen, living room, bedrooms, balcony smaller size but view makes up for it all..

Location was awesome. The ocean views were incredible. It was very easy to get on and off the beach. I enjoyed the key code access. It made it easy to access and lock the property. It was convenient to walk to some of the restaurants nearby. The pool was clean and has a nice deck with chairs for seating. The kitchen was nice and functional. Host reached out multiple times to ensure things were good and did we need anything.
Not trying to complain, but a few more towels and washcloths would have been nice (there is a washer and dryer in the unit). Not that we were there to watch TV, some instructions on how to operate the multiple remotes would have been nice.

View of the ocean was great! Condo was roomy for a couple.
Didn’t realize it was on the 3rd floor, my wife is being treated for knee issues and that was a challenge. I think the hot water needs to be checked, hot water took extremely to long to get hot in both baths.
