The views from the living room and deck are incredible. The condo was clean and the proximity to the beach was fantastic . Just walk down the steps (about 10 to get in/out of condo) and across the sand and you're at the ocean. Host provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very quiet. Many restaurants and things to do close by. Well stocked kitchen. The host was highly responsive and answered any and all questions very quickly.
The air conditioning units are mounted on the walls and did not keep the condo as cool as we would have liked without central air. Unit is slightly dated. The bathrooms are a little small with not alot of vanity counter space to put your things out. Though there is a washer/dryer unit in the condo, I don't enjoy doing laundry on vacation and wish more towels/washcloths had been provided. There were 4 for 2 people with a 3 night stay. I would have liked 1 set per night, per person, minimum.

The location was great. The beds were really comfortable I thought. It was clean.
The air conditioning didn’t work correctly in the kitchen/living room area. It would just randomly cut itself off then randomly come back on and work for 15 minutes or so then quit again, but it never cooled the room down very much. Someone came to work but it didn’t fix the problem. And it made a constant grinding noise that didn’t stop even when it wasn’t working.
