I did not like the fact that their property was HOA and climate controlled to where we could not adjust the thermostat. The property stated Booking.com would not allow them to put their terms into the property description. Also, Booking.com is affiliated with a third-party overseas in which my credit card as fraudulent I did not receive the terms and conditions of upset property until it was too late to cancel, but I tried to cancel that very day I received them. Booking.com said they would cancel that would have to give me to a supervisor said supervisor said I had to pay 600 in order to get all my money back but when I tried to pay the 600 Capital One flag the company trying to take the money as fraud. Then the property would not allow one penny to be reimbursed so we went on to stay at the property when we got there we found out the dishwasher wasn’t working and the AC was climate control controlled. It seems that the climate control should’ve been revealed. We left the property the very next morning and contacted the property and they still would not reimburse us something. I will never book with Booking.com again, nor will I ever say it a Raintree villa very uncomfortable climate wise and you would think looking.com or the property would’ve given me some money back.
