Tolle Lage. Zimmer war im 45. Stock mit super Blick auf die Petronas-Towers. Apartment großzügig, Betten bequem.
Frühstück ist miserabel. Getränke (außer Automatenkaffee) ungenießbar, abgepackter Scheiblettenkäse, undefinierbare Wurst und Marmelade. Toastbrot und ein paar warme Sachen, die nicht appetitlich waren. Habe ich bei dem Preis so noch nicht erlebt. Sehr enttäuschend.

The location was great, very close to the pavilion and walking distance to the exchange. For the short period were there it was convenient.
Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly; however, one staff member was noticeably unfriendly and unhelpful during check-in. This did not create the best start to our experience.
Upon entering the room, we found a number of maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bedding was marked and stained, there were broken hinges on the TV stand door, a used sponge had been left in the kitchen, and there were insufficient cups, mugs, and cutlery for the number of guests. There was also tape covering broken flooring, and we found dust under the beds, along with spare bed legs stored underneath them.
This was particularly disappointing given that a deposit is required and there is a sign in the room outlining the charges guests may be liable for. I reported all of these issues to reception; however, aside from providing an additional mug and replacing the sponge, none of the concerns were addressed. The cleaners only came on the evening of our final night to ask whether we still wanted the bedding replaced.
I assume the maintenance issues were not resolved due to the bank holiday, but the room should have been properly inspected before our arrival. Overall, the condition of the room did not reflect the standard presented in the listing photos.
