Pros:
The apartment was VERY spacious.
We booked a one bedroom but got given a two bedroom. I assumed that is what was available. We weren't charged anything extra but were told not to use the second room which was fine for us. If we had needed it we could have just paid a bit more.
The apartment had a good shower, AC units in the bedroom and living room, and ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. It had a washing machine which was great as we are slow traveling and visiting multiple countries. It also had a full kitchen with utensils and dishes and a kettle and cooktop. It was also clean and had big comfortable couches and Netflix! The view was also really nice with big windows in each room. The floor we were on was also quiet and peaceful for sleeping.
The facilities are cool too. We were on the 39th floor and on the 60th there's a rooftop with a nice view and on the 10th there's an entire level of meeting rooms, leisure areas and playground areas for kids, and pools. The pools were awesome and great to use daily. The elevators came fairly quickly. And food delivery was straightforward with food dropped at a first level desk near security or in grab lockers right by the lobby door.
The area was good with lots of restaurants nearby! And walking distance to TRX and Pavilion. Mr. Emdad was responsive and respectful. At the end of our stay we asked about luggage storage and for a small reasonable price he held our two large bags so we could take a mini vacay to Singapore! He made it so seamless when we had to checkout early at 5am the day of our flight!
We returned for our bags days later and all was well! We appreciated it! Overall we would definitely stay again.
Cons:
They only give one key which can be annoying when two or more people share the apartment.
Unfortunately someone had Durian in the fridge before we checked in and for the entire stay every time we open the fridge or the freezer to store leftovers, the entire kitchen would smell for a bit. We made it work but they should ban that fruit. I've seen many hotels here do that.
Lastly, the building probably needs a more regular exterminator since it's so many units. We killed a couple small roaches during our 4 day stay. Once in the bathroom and once in the kitchen. Nothing horrible and thank God it was not those huge ones but... when you pay for an apartment you don't want to see any. Seems to be a KL thing in less expensive accommodations. And since the apartment was clean upon arrival; we aren't unreasonable but still.

Хорошее месторасположение, рядом огромный торговый центр, до Золотого треугольника 10мин пешком. Сами аппартаменты чистые, просторные, есть все необходимое. В здании тренажерный зал и бассейн, небольшой сад.
По факту ребята сдают несколько апартаментов, что попадется вам- лотерея. Нас вообще заселили в студию, причем привели и вроде- ну вот ваше жилье. На мой вопрос- так на фото другое жилье, там как минимум две комнаты больших, а не эта маленькая, ответили- а, ну да, у нас там проблемы с водой в тех апартах (классическая отмазка), завтра заселим вас в другие. И ушел. Я стал ему писать гневные сообщения, мол- мы заплатили не за это, в итоге парень написал- ок, я нашел вариант получше, переселяю. Новые апартаменты были двухкомнатные, вроде все ок. Но этаж другой, намного ниже, вида особого нет. Плюс берут $50 долларов залог (но при выезде вернули). И кроме того, просят отменить бронь на букинге, т.е. если что-то случится- в букинг за помощью обратится не получится
