Situat en un barri molt tranquil i gens turístic. Bons serveis de supermercats, botigues de barri i restauració. No és al centre però té molt bones comunicacions, especialment en autobús urbà i es pot arribar molt facilment a qualsevol punt de Roma. Per tenir una referència, per anar caminant al Coliseu es triga uns 30 minuts i en autobús en 10 minuts arribes al centre.
L'apartament és espaios i està ben cuidat i net. El Richard, l'amfitrió és molt amable i posa totes les facilitats per que l'estada sigui confortable.
Els llits eren molt còmodes i té aire acondicionat.
Tot ens ha agradat molt, no podem dir res de dolent de l'apartament.

Buenas estancia el dpto esta equipado con todo lo necesario. Amplio y hermoso.
La ducha con el agua caliente es complicada. En general todo roma tiene un sistema de agua caliente que sale agua caliente y agua fria y es muy dificil regular la temperatura. Estamos ahora en Milan y nos paso lo mismo se ve que es algo general.

The location is pretty good— it’s close to the metro, shops, and several nice cafés, which made getting around and exploring the city very convenient.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-equipped. It has a coffee machine, a washing machine, and an iron, which made our stay even more convenient. The living room is large and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and spend time together.
I stayed here in November and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room was very cold during my stay, and the heating in the apartment did not work. Although I was told it wasn’t possible to heat the place using the air conditioning, in my experience the unit did seem to have a heating mode that could have helped.
At check-in, the owner also informed us that several things in the accommodation were not working, which was unexpected and affected the overall comfort of our stay.
