The property is in a perfect location — lots of restaurants just steps from the property, a daily market, an overall beautiful piazza and close enough to walk to many of the main attractions.
Property it’s self is a little odd… there isn’t really a reception area and no lobby— so if you arrive before check in there really isn’t anywhere on the property to wait and relax. Also be prepared for a lot of steep steps. We were on one of the higher floors and had to huff it up and down the steep stairs anytime we came/went because there was no alternative option— bringing our suitcases down was not enjoyable.
Our room had all of the amenities we could ask for. It was clean and kept clean by housekeeping. Bottles of water were replenished every time housekeeping came, which was almost every day. Beautiful view of piazza. We couldn’t possibly have been any closer to a busy piazza, but when windows were closed you couldn’t hear much. Had tv with ability to log into Netflix.
Only things we didn’t like were the lack of bathroom privacy (all glass), the bed was really hard/uncomfortable, and anytime there was anyone staying above us it was LOUD— like waaay louder than outside.

The rooms we were in had a window view over the piazza and every day market vendors setup with their merchandise, at night there were many people in the piazza and we heard little to no noise. The rooms were clean and had nice amenities. The green coffee was awesome. Livia explained the door codes and gave us her suggestions for food. We were in walking distance of all the main attractions. Shopping was close by. I would definitely stay here again.
