Great place to stay in Rome within walking distance from so many attractions and restaurants!
5.0
Great room in a fantastic, centrally-located location! We stayed in the HotTub room and, yes, there is NO lift but there were only a few stairs to navigate and it's own entrance!
Salvatore kept us informed and up to date and Marlon was a great help aiding us with our suitcases! Thank you !!
Can't say enough good things about the location and the overall area! We landed in Rome to wet, rainy weather and being centrally-located made it easier for us to easily get around! Great bistro directly across from the room, steps to Tre Scalini for great cappuccinos, and an easy walk to other notable sites in central Rome!

Great location, friendly staff and clean room!

Hotel room was clean, cozy and quiet and in excellent condition. Salvatore was a great, helpful and very polite host and he also helped us to get transportation to the airport.
The staircase to the hotel was steep and narrow, but the staff carried our luggage both ways, up and down. Breakfast place was nice and breakfast included coffee, orangejuice and croissant. You could also buy some omelett or sandwich to complete the breakfast.
Location was excellent. It was easy to walk to Trastevere, Pantheon and other places from the hotel and it took about 40 minutes from hotel to get to the airport by taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very convenient location, friendly and accommodating owners, clean, safe and very comfortable. Would definitely return

The hosts greeting us and explained everything, they left us a map and advised us of time frames. The apartment was clean and amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Lovely property with lovingly restored features. Apartment was very clean and well decorated. Salvatore, Maro and Paola were lovely people who could not be more helpful and warm. Will stay here again when in room and recommend to others.

This place was beautiful, quaint, and in the perfect area of Rome. My wife and I celebrated our 15th anniversary here and couldn't have asked for much more. The hosts were amazing. We felt safe and taken care of. The only things to note was there was a fun spiral staircase to get to the rooms. We thought it was fun, but could see it being difficult for those less able than us. Ours hosts carried our bags up and back down, which speaks to their hospitality. The only other thing is the AC takes a little bit to cool the room down after a hot day. But neither of those can negatively impact the value and awesomeness of this locations/space.

Host was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of food options within walking distance

Excellent stay.

Perfect location, very walkable to all areas and near bus stop. Hosts were friendly and engaging with great tips. Used transportation arrangements from airport, driver was an hour late but dropped us at front door, still way easier than train with luggage.

The stairs is too dangers for old people. The Receiption who helped me take my luggage tell me he can help me call taxi to airport for 100$

We loved this stay. The location was fantastic for restaurants and walking to tourist locations near by. The room was luxurious and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts were charming and we felt very welcome.

Location is perfect, the rooms are very nice, walking distance to all the attractions.
Owner was in communication days before check in. Great stay!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and were so glad that we did. The owners and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was a decent size and seemed very recently renovated, although the lovely ceilings looked original. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfy.
Our room overlooked Piazza di Pasquino, which is rather lively in the evenings. We quite enjoyed the sounds of the diners and buskers in the evenings, but that might not be for everyone. It certainly wasn’t loud with the windows closed.
The location is absolutely perfect for seeing Rome. We took taxis with our luggage, but otherwise we were able to get everywhere on foot within 25 mins or so, which is ideal as there’s a view around every corner in Rome.
If we had any complaints, it was that the walls were so thin that you can hear what your neighbours are saying word for word. This wasn’t a problem until our last night, when unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours seemingly having a drunken argument next door. Not really the owner’s fault (it is an old building), but if you are a light sleeper, that might be a problem.
Also, note that you need to climb two floors of spiral staircases to get to the rooms. If you have trouble with stairs, this place is not for you. We didn’t mind the exercise though, especially as the very helpful staff took our luggage up and down.

The hotel is in an old palazzo with the most incredible ancient staircase, no elevators but the hotel is so professionally organized that on arrival there is a person to assist with the luggage upstairs and same at departure. The location of the hotel is perfect, the management is very professional and very pleasant - will definitely return.

This place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. The couple was lovely and accommodating. I would LOVE to stay there again in the future. So central. Right next to Piazza Navona and central to so much more. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a spot to experience Rome, this is it! Navona square is a few minutes away walking! It is a hidden gem and the owners were so lovely and friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is brilliantly located, spacious, and perfect for a family. We hope to return one day. Highly recommended!

Salvatore and his team went above and beyond expectations. Helping us to locate the hotel and more importantly helping us to access the 3rd floor with our son. Our 18 yr old son is temporarily in a wheelchair due to an accident and I failed to check elevator status. Sal offered to be Tyler’s elevator and carried him up 3 flights on his back. Many thanks for making us feel at home and cared for!

We did not receive free bottle of wine as listed with reservation. We did not hear back from hosts about towels, Wi-Fi, and other inquiries until after we checked out. My dad speaks fluent Italian so that was not the issue and we received their personal contact information at check in. We enjoyed great meals and had fun in the surrounding neighborhood which was very charming. We could not get the Wi-Fi to connect unless you were right by the box. Great location with historical sites nearby and cute place but very loud with partying and bottles/trash pickup every night. My dad, brother, and sister in law did not get much sleep being in the front rooms.

Salvatore greeted us and walked us to our room, gave us a ton of info about Rome and was easy to communicate with. Clean room in the Campo de Fiori region, near Piazza Navona.

Very nice and in a central location. Hosts met us when we arrived and helped us with luggage and showed the apartment. Everything was great!

Hotel owner was great, very kind and helpful. Unfortunatley hotel in the middle of the city and hard to get too...and no signs so hard to find....and alot of very vertical , skinny stairs. Good for the price though.

Location, location. The rooms are small but well appointed. The staff is very helpful. It is the best location next to piazza Navona and walking distance to all the main sights!
The only drawback is the three flights of steep circular staircase to get to the reception area. Staff will carry your luggage but it is not for seniors with any mobility issues.

Great location, great rooms, the service was exceptional.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at anaconda Rooms with Hot Tub! The room had an excellent view and was right in the heart of Rome. Highly recommend!

The good: The property is in an excellent location, very accessible and centrally located. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The not so good: The ceiling is very low in most areas of the apartment. if you are over 5'10" you will have to either bend while walking or you will hit your head for sure. The shower for the main room is inside of the Jacuzzi, not a big deal for us but again, the ceiling has low clearance so you have to shower while sitting or use the other bathroom for taking a shower.

I knew when booking this hotel didn't have an elevator but dang walking up to the 3rd floor multiple times a day on steep steps from the 1400's really had us winded after walking around the city each day.
There's a staff member that carries your suitcases up & down the staircase. We felt bad about it because we had 2 massive suitcases for our 2 week Eurotrip - he was greatly appreciated!
The room itself was clean & housekeeping did a great job each day. We had a little terrace that was nice, AC worked well but housekeeping shut it off every morning :(. The room has a small tv with the owners Netflix which was really nice to decompress with a little tv before bed after being out for 14 hours.
I don't recommend paying for breakfast as an add on unless it's super cheap. Breakfast is at a restaurant just up the road 1-2 minuetes & is 1 cappuccino, 1 juice, and 1 croissant per person which is an Italian staple. We ended up doing that since we paid for it but also split a sandwich to stay full until lunch time.
The location is great! You're one street over from Piazza Navona with a few other places in walkable distance. There was a bus stop near by as well. We mostly travelled by taxi towards the end of our trip and got to most attractions within 10 minutes or less.
Overall cute hotel but wouldn't stay again because we really hated the stairs lol. We also were confusing by the name "Navona Rooms" - we thought all the rooms came with a jaccuzi but ours didn't. Oh well!

Excellent would highly recommend.

Very much enjoyed this location. Were met by very enthusiastic couple who cared about our sense of well being. As well, the room had a real sense of unique upgraded design which was refreshing. Highly recommend this facility which is in a great walking area as wel.

The owners are an absolute delight! They are so friendly and helpful in every way and make you feels so welcome! Our room was modern, spotless and overlooked a small piazza and we loved watching the action from our balcony window at night. Everyday they left a tray with coffee cups, coffee, tea which we so appreciated. We stayed 5 nights and we were given a card for breakfast each morning at a restaurant a few doors down. Very close to Piazza Navona and close to many restaurants. There is a spiral staircase that could be challenging if you have mobility issues but we had no issues. Enjoyed our stay here very much!
