So I gave this property a five. But on a scale of one to 10 I would give it an 8.5. Only because of some little things. But first the best of things. The two pools were great except they weren’t heated as advertised three hot tubs, a tiki bar and a snack bar excellent. The security in the place was excellent. I have heard other people complain about the elevators, but we did not have any problem with them at all. As goes to the room, it was a little dated. What was extremely clean and everything that we needed. Except for the balcony there was only one chair, no table. We had to go out and buy a chair in the table. And one other small note that coffee machine did not work at all. We really like to facilities. We probably wouldn’t stay in this room again no fault to the people who own it. But we had a great week and one extra note on the good side. The bed was extremely comfortable.

We loved the room and the location communication prior to our arrival was off, I was sent a Code for the door then the day we were traveling was sent an email saying they need a CC on file which is fine but on the drive down wasn’t the time to be doing that due to cell service issues. We loved being on the 14th floor but the elevators at the resort were horrible they only had 2 and they were constantly breaking down and so hot inside. The pool isn’t open after dark and doesn’t open until 8 a.m so that was also disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
