The inn was clearly run very well. Clean, well maintained, beautiful, peaceful, and real unique rustic character as far as aesthetics go. There was a fully stocked kitchen that we could use. Literally the only downside of this inn was an overzealous rooster. But that's Hawaii. There are wild birds all over the island. If you don't like nature, then maybe a resort will treat you better. For those who want a more immersive and real experience with genuine heart, I highly recommend it. This is a place that I'll strongly consider coming back to on a future visit.

Not only is this a special property but the host’s Miriam and Dave make you feel like family. The sourdough treats Miriam leaves in the morning started the day off with a big smile everyday!

Beautiful place making our first visit to the island such a peaceful, relaxing stay!
I enjoyed the open windows in our room.
There was no air conditioning, but fans were provided. We visited during February and the temperatures would get down in the 60s at night.
The only time we saw other guests was during breakfast or at night during our return. My favorite memory was the coqui frogs you can hear at night and the fresh baked goods put out every morning.
