A lovely place! Rooms are a bit dated but otherwise large and clean. Staff are professional and kind (especially the maid service - they were so lovely!). Hotel was quiet, had a nice clean pool with lots of sun chairs and umbrellas. Location is good, a short walk from the restaurants and main shopping area. Beaches are also close by - Cala Gran being the closest one about 15 mins away by foot. Would stay here again, and recommend for anyone looking for a budget friendly, clean and professional accommodation.

Lovely, modern hotel perfect and ideal for kids yet it still felt peaceful in July. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
There a few niggles such a no extractor fan in the kitchen and the lights not workijg initially however all and all a lovely trip. We will definitely book again!

From entering at reception to leaving today the Reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Extremely clean in every area, either by the pool or your room! Peaceful by the pool! Always plenty of sunbeds. Ignore complaints about the karaoke bar being super loud, it is but actually added to our entertainment when sat on the balcony at night with a cold drink! Inturotel Esmerelda is a hidden jewel! Can’t wait to come back!
