The room was very clean, easy check in progress. Love everything about this stay . Definitely will be booking again when I come back .

Check wasn't the greatest. Had a hard getting into our room and building. The lock box wouldn't open after putting the code in. Getting into the front building was difficult. Wouldn't recommend this place. Call customer service after talking with them they hung up on us.

Very upset with the company that rents these places out. Had no AC for the majority of my stay. Never got offered a new room or refund. I would definitely not stay there ever again. Check in process was terrible. They make you download an app to open the door because everything is electronic and it wasn’t working. Took me about 30min before I got it to work. Overall experience was terrible.

I accidentally left my son's favorite pair of shorts and shirt in the dryer. I emailed the company 20 minutes after checkout asking them to alert the cleaning staff and offering to pay to have them shipped to me. They responded the next day that the cleaning staff reported finding nothing in the dryer. Obviously they stole them. If you leave something in one of these rooms, don't expect to ever see it again.

I like the swimming pool and the weight room but what I did not like was the communication that was very very poor.

Recommend the Skye on 6th. Safe secure and the dwellings are 4 start quality. Please note that this is a luxury apartment building, not a hotel.
