Excellent, convenient Paris locale in a cozy, personalized setting.

A very cozy place to spend a few days in Paris. Close to everything and all the amenities were wonderful. The owner and his assistant were both very helpful and quick to respond both in person and online.

If you have mobility issues, the stairs can be a bit much. Otherwise we had no complaints. The area is unique in Paris; don’t be intimidated by the market area. The people are very friendly.

Good place to say, good hosts, and very homey.

The apartment was very comfortable and we felt safe and at home there. The hosts that helped us were excellent. They made our stay extra nice and the apartment was clean and organized and suited our needs. We are three students on a budget, so the cost really helped us be able to be in Paris.

The location is good with regards to getting around the city, but it was a busy street with many meat shops around and a lot of garbage (that did get cleared each day). Our street was a bit rundown. The hosts were great but only had one set of keys for us which made going out on our own harder as we had to coordinate our trips back to the apartment or stay up to let each other in.

In heart of Montnarte

An apartment is very quiet, close to metro, stylish and clean. The flat has comfortable furniture. It has a enough space for 3 person. The host was very kindly to us, we coulded check on earlier, we had every information we needed. Easy access to Montmarte Basilic. There is nearby some shops like bakery, mini carrefour market.

There is a nearby a street-martket, busy, crowded. Everyday the public service needed to wash up this location. It was unconfortable to pass through it due to garbage, but in the evening was quiet.

Great part of parisian experience

Cosy, very lovely apt close to metro in very vivid neirbohood. It is ok for 3 or 4 people. The owner is great guy, excellent communication. It was really perfect part of our parisian experience.

We liked almost everything.

Struttura vicinissima Metro. Quartiere africano molto caratteristico, ma non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo o a disagio nemmeno quando siamo rientrati tardi. Alloggio dotato di ogni confort e silenzioso con addirittura due camere da letto separate. Letti comodi e cucina attrezzata. Non manca nulla per un piacevole soggiorno.
