Location was good and bed were comfy. The response from the owners was amazing.
Didn’t use the spa as it was too cold and couldn’t figure out hot make it hotter.

It was a good location and size was good for 7 people. Nice house and layout. Comfortable beds.
Upon arrival it was evident that although bed linen and towels were freshly laundered, other cleaning was very minimal if any. There were crumbs on the floor and spills and crumbs over the dining table and kitchen benches. Stove top was covered in grease splatter and spills and hadn’t been wiped down and the kitchen sponge was dirty and tea towel (although washed) was very stained. There was a used foil tray left in the oven and the dryer filter looked like it had never been cleaned. Bathroom and toilets were not very clean and needed to be cleaned before using.
We were informed that we could not get early check in as cleaners would need to clean after previous tenants (5hrs).
