DJ was on from 10 am to 11 pm, too much noise and disturbance.

The hotel infrastructure is good with multiple pools and clean spacious rooms .
Thanks to Mr. Adel Wagih, the Food & Beverage manager to was very keen to make us feel happy staying and to Mr. Abdallah, the manager in charge who tried his best to listen and address our comments and comments.
The hotel was fully booked with less people to serve the guests so impacted the overall impression of the hotel.
The bus to the beach was very crowded and you need to wait for the next bus in most of the time it you can’t run fast to catch it, the number of buses which be increased or at least to create a system to organize who arrives first or give priority to elder people who can’t run!
