The hotel is in an amazing location. Parking is available off the street. Access requires going up stairs. Historic building refurbished beautifully. I was upgraded to an en suite room, so if you require a bathroom in your room, be mindful of the booking. Each room is decorated differently. Earl's is downstairs and is not only great service and great food, but an amazing sitting area for large groups or a morning to yourself. Checkin is simply getting a message and being told which room is yours. The key is in the door.

I'm old and don't read my emails every day.
Missed the lengthy check in and does and don't.
Noah was terrific, he helped me get the car situation figured out. Enjoyed our stay.
Email parking, that can't be helped.

It was a cool quirky room.
We did not have enough toiletries. We received two small towels and less than one roll of toilet paper. There were two domino sized pieces of soap. There was no coffee pot and no utensils. For the cost of the room, there were no extra niceties. We were disappointed.
