Our stay was an All-Inclusive package bought via Booking.com
The staff was warm and welcoming, very professional, service minded and polite. The management where very helpful, even providing us with a great driver that took us to our next location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The lunch was amazing, especially the Butternut soup - 5 of 5 Butternuts 😋
Dinner was A la Carte menu, and the options was very good. We had fresh Salad, Mushroom soup, pizza and Pasta Carbonara. The Carbonara was a bit weak, and tasteless but the rest was very good. The pizza, 4 🍕of 5.
The bed in the room was very hard, and the room itself could use some more love and warm feeling, eg. More paintings, some added colors with pillows, fabrics or equal.
The breakfast variety was ok, the quality of the food could be much better and the dishes made with more love. Eg. the Samosas was very dry, fruits tasteless, pancakes dry and hard and the variety of drinks lacking.

Very nice staff, they welcome us with a refreshment. Very quiet place with very attentive personal. Perfect for families with kids. From the hotel they organize any activity you request as Crescent Island visit or Hell’s Gate. They offer transfer with the van of the hotel. Buffet was also very nice and with a good variety. Thanks again for the nice experience.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and the warm, courteous, and professional service provided by the staff, particularly at the front desk.
The room was quite basic considering the price paid, and therefore did not offer good value for money. The breakfast was also rather limited and did not meet expectations
