Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Alma, que estava fazendo a limpeza do apartamento quando chegamos. De maneira muito cordial, ela nos permitiu guardar as bagagens antes do horário do check-in, o que foi muito útil para nós. O Giorgio também nos deu todo o suporte durante a estadia e foi sempre muito cortês e atencioso.
As fotos não fazem jus ao apartamento. Pessoalmente, ele é ainda melhor! É um apartamento espaçoso, confortável, muito bem cuidado e com tudo novo e extremamente conservado. As camas são grandes e espaçosas, proporcionando bastante conforto durante a estadia.
A cozinha é muito bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável e para nos fazer sentir realmente em casa.
Foi, sem dúvida, a melhor hospedagem que tivemos durante nossa viagem pela Europa e também o melhor custo-benefício.
Apesar de não estar exatamente no centro histórico, a localização é excelente, principalmente por estar muito perto da Roma Termini, o que facilita muito o acesso a praticamente toda a cidade. Ainda assim, fizemos quase todos os trajetos até o centro caminhando, porque as ruas de Roma são tão bonitas e cheias de surpresas que o tempo passa e nem percebemos.
Com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente. Parabéns, Giorgio, pela excelente hospedagem e por todo o cuidado com os hóspedes!
O box do banheiro é pequeno, mas é algo perfeitamente administrável e não compromete a experiência.

The host is very welcoming, providing clear instructions and a great apartment. The accommodation is clean and very modern. There are so many minor details that have been considered to make it such an amazing stay. The location is perfect for termini and access to the train / metro and bus systems - which makes everything very convenient.

The place was very spacious and clean.
The host was very helpful and flexible on our requests.
The person who lives downstairs was a bit sensitive about the sound, and we needed to be cautious about any noise we make.

The location is absolutely fabulous, the apartment is very clean and feels very safe.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen area. The large double bedroom would have originally been the lounge, facing out onto the main road, therefore it is very noisy with traffic pretty much all through the night and above restaurants & a bus stop. It's a great place for adults just sleeping and making a coffee in the morning, however, it's a little bit sparse for families with children. Also the shower couldn't keep warm long enough for 4 people, so we split washing 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.
