The house is very well renovated - the kitchen is lovely as are the two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms were both excellent. The beds were extremely comfy. The house also had new carpets on the stairs and landing and it is clear that it had been recently renovated to a nice standard.
The lockbox was extremely difficult to open and it took four of us to keep trying for over 15 mins in the rain (it needs sorting). The living area and conservatory could do with some comfy chairs. The only comfy seating is one long sofa and four people don't want to sit in a row all evening. The house is on an estate and is quite hard to find we did not experience any problems once we found the entrance. There is a VERY loud drip onto the conservatory roof which needs fixing and the bin bags/waste in the garden need removing.

Good location for family living in the area. Very quiet area despite being in a fairly built up location. Managed to always get a parking space. Good sized house.
Garden could do with a good weeding. Need to improve blackout on making the blinds in upper bedroom better as light coming into bedroom. Cleanliness overall could be better.
