Lovely bungalow and garden. Very welcoming hosts right next door and comfortable beds etc. Kindly left biscuits and uht milk ready for us and gave us lots of ideas of places to see. It was a great place to stay to reach many tourist places, most we went to were within 20 to 30 minutes drive. Useful that dishwasher cleaning products, some handsoap etc were left for us too.
Helpful to have instruction leaflets for appliances. Also washing pegs, and maybe salt and pepper, would all have been useful to have to hand. Having to strip beds upon leaving, in an accessible premises, was a bit frustrating. Also slightly sad, despite its name, it's not a farm but a slightly run down housing estate. As I say the property and people were lovely, it just was a surprise from the name!!

Beautiful property , exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable.
Location, we thought it would be more of a farm setting, but it was on the edge of an industrial area and located in a very deprived area. Difficult to get in and out due to cars dumped on the side of the drive leading to the gate. The gardens were extremely scruffy and were in desperate need of a good tidy up. The house was freezing on arrival, surly in today’s world the heating could have been set to come on mid afternoon, so guests would arrive to warm place. The dishes were appalling, very used and chipped.
