Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura pulita, il bagno in comune è chiaramente una pecca ma va messa in conto al momento della prenotazione, il signore che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e ci ha messo a nostro agio per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno

Incredibly nice manager/owner, good communication. Able to do laundry. Pastries provided every morning. Bus depot nearby (#280 bus takes to Vatican City area) Comfortable bed but very hard pillows. Good air conditioning. Far from city center about 40 minutes bus ride. Shared bathroom and kitchen with other guests, dusty floors and shelves when first arrived. Maybe good for 1 or 2 stays.
Could clean floors and shelves better prior to guest arrival. Think about softer pillows? Far from city center. Beware arriving at night, neighborhood looks a little sketchy but no problems.
