Posizione perfetta per il Foro Italico ma comoda anche per girare la città, vista la vicinanza al capolinea degli autobus che è una gran cosa.

L immeuble est vraiment très beau. Énorme potentiel mal exploité .

Le bruit du tram la nuit et des colocataires ! Car oui on pense louer une chambre d hôtel mais c'est un appartement transformé avec chacun sa chambre et une cuisine commune. Du bruit des gens se faisant des pâtes à minuit ou rentrant le soir...vraiment dommage mais je ne recommande pas. Le pseudo petit déjeuner c'est juste du dépannage tout est industriel. Du thé mais pas de bouilloire ni de micro ondes.
