The location was great and space was nicely designed, the check in via a lockbox was very easy, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. Host very responsive to messages.
The air con wasn’t amazing, but it was cool enough once we figured it out. Some pipe type noise in the night but again fine with earplugs

Estudio cómodo, todo prácticamente nuevo. Parking de pago muy cerca aunque es bastante costoso… igual que en otros lugares. Habían cápsulas de café para primer día que es muy importante.
Para aparcar en la calle casi imposible. Salida del apartamento directo a la calle, no tiene ventilación vía ventanas. Se escucha ruido de la tubería la cual está en la columna. En la pared a la par de estudio está escrito: TURIST GO HOME! (Tremenda bienvenida). En la descripción del apartamento está escrito que dormitorio está independiente y en realidad está separado por una cortina. No es la mejor parte de Ruzafa… se siente mucho olor a orine en trayecto a parking.

The apartment is in a really nice neighborhood, and there’s plenty of natural light inside. The hot shower was also a real highlight — being able to take a long, hot shower was especially nice after the crazy rain we went through on our way to the apartment.
Communication was quick and easy as well, so thank you for that!
Everything felt like it had been set up primarily for rental purposes, and you could tell from some of the details.
The towel warmer was tilted and had been pulled out of the socket, one of the nightstands was cracked, and I felt that the lamp above the bed wasn’t securely installed.
The distribution board door was broken so we had to fix that.
There were also no basic essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, or tea. For a one- or two-night stay, it would be really nice to have these available rather than having to buy them. In other places I’ve stayed, there were basic spices, tea, and drinking water provided, and I really appreciated that small touch.
Overall, these details made the place feel a little less cared for than it could have been for the price I paid. Sorry.
