Horrible stay

The flat was very dirty and all wall damaged A smell of muffa My Baby 10 months old was not good Plus animals inside the flat

Never again

We were given a ground floor apartment that is literally on the street, and we had to keep the windows closed and the blinds down the entire time. A tram passes right in front of the window. When we checked in, there was no hot water, and the temperature in the apartment was 18 degrees(64.40F). I had to correspond to get the problem fixed. I had paid for three people, but there were only blankets and towels for two. The first night we had to sleep with fewer blankets at 19 degrees(66.20). The shower was broken and had to be replaced the next day. The hygiene was terrible. There were no toiletries and NO TOILET PAPER. One of the sheets was dirty. For the money paid for the stay, the quality they offer is simply awful. Additionally, they never provided a pillow for the third person, who had to sleep with the decorative pillow from the couch, which is horribly hard.
