The property is a nice cozy tiny home up in the mountains that give u a great view to see beautiful tall pine trees. The place is fully furnished with all your necessities. Just bring the food and spices and this home brings u the peace of mind to enjoy cooking in, relaxing with family and friends, make great new memories and is center of all the great things to visit. One of my best stays in my life. Jim is very welcoming and gives u a quick tour of the home that u dont get at any vacation home I know of. Its a must see and a must stay location but dont take my word for it book yours ASAP and let the endless possibilities begin.

It is an amazing place to stay, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Jim and June have an amazing place and we're very helpful.

This is an excellent choice for a cozy stay in the Black Hills. The host was very attentive and helpful while not being overbearing. The property was clean and well-furnished with all utilities and amenities working as advertised. It is very conveniently located on a low traffic road within easy walking distance of Hill City's Main Street. It also has a great view of the surrounding Black Hills from the front deck.

Host was friendly and helpful. Home was clean and in very new condition. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. We did not go to Mt. Rushmore. National park caves were closed due to shutdown. We did hiking and biking and enjoyed Custer State Park.
