Rooms were clean with towels for everyone on the beds. It is an upstairs unit so being able to climb stairs is a must. Only one parking spot in the back, however, the door is by an alley so it is easy to unload the vehicles right at the door. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Any time we went out to an activity we were able to see the Arch, the Budweiser Plant and Stadium. The last 2 would be walking distance. There is a bar near by if that interests you, but it wasn't a distraction to our stay.

The reserved parking spot was nice since parking can be a hassle. There's only one spot though so be prepared to look if you have multiple vehicles and plan on visiting over the weekend. Plenty of space for everyone, and there's a bar/restaurant right down the block that made for a nice dinner! Host was very communicative and helpful whenever I needed to reach out with a question or concern. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a close drive to the Gateway Arch and downtown St. Louis. We also went to Six Flags about 30 mins away. Designated parking made it easy to get in and out without having to worry about parking. We did not anticipate the narrow staircases, but they weren’t difficult to get up and down and made the location unique. The kitchen was stocked with amenities to easily prepare meals. The place could use a refresh. There were chips/small holes in the walls in places and door handles were loosened to the bedroom/bathroom, but the outer doors were secured. The coach is heavily stained and the leg of one of the kitchen chairs was broken. The bunk beds were very squeaky, which made it difficult for the kids to sleep. Overall, the place was good for what we needed.
