At the top of Barrett Town lays a lovely hotel overlooking the sea view and land views. On the outskirt of the community its positioned in such an excellent location if you choose to mindle with the locals you can which we did they were very Conservative and welcoming even though it was sadly an overnight stay. Made a few friends just by mingling at the shops and talking about jamaica in general. Your very looked after from a welcome rum punch shot help with luggage and restaurant recommendations. Plus the hotel bar and restaurant is perfectly position lf you wish to spend the day chilling at the pool. Very well maintained after 3 weeks in Jamaica this was our favourite hotel we couldn't find fault. I recommend a stay here.
The downside is its on booking.com advertised as BTS , abbreviated from Beyond the sea. It was annoying as i was searching for BTS I couldn't find the place on Google maps due to this. You also have two Beyond the Sea one closed down too. Its not far from the airport which is a bonus however you do need gps to find the place . Its Off the main road postioned at the top of a hill the odd shop nearby and car wash and a police station in a working class community very relaxed . The road up is winding with the odd hole but nothing you wont be surprised by if navigating your car throughout Jamaica. It was well worth the travel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of montego bay. I am a fussy traveller this place exceeding my expectation. And you get exactly what you see advertised. I felt like a princess 👸 ✨️ 😌

I loved how clean and well-maintained the property was, with its modern fixtures and stylish design. The owner himself checked me in and gave us a mini tour of the property. The property felt secure !
