Ben collegata, la stazione della metropolitana (linea Yamamote) si trova a 7 minuti a piedi. in 15 minuti si arriva a Shinjuku e in 20 a Shibuya. La pulizia, eccezionale: siamo arrivati alcune ore prima del check-in, le pulizie erano in corso e abbiamo notato come fossero meticolose e impeccabili (stavano pulendo anche i filtri dei condizionatori). Abbiamo apprezzato che per soggiorni più lunghi di una settimana si rifacessero le pulizie e il cambio di biancheria e asciugamani. Le dotazioni erano complete e di alto livello. La cucina, relativamente spaziosa, con frigo combinato, piano a induzione, microonde, coltelleria, posate pentole e stoviglie. Il bagno era dotato di asciugacapelli Dyson, e della stessa marca era l'aspirapolvere senza filo a disposizione. Lo spazio con il tavolo per mangiare era ampio. Sono presenti due balconi, uno dei quali con lavatrice e stendino, ma poco vivibili perchè ci sono le unità esterne dei condizionatori. Poco male perchè per stare all'aperto basta andare sul terrazzo all'ultimo piano, attrezzato per fare colazione o un'aperitivo, dal quale si gode di una bella vista. Forse la costa un po' più della media nella stessa zona, ma, dopo una giornata di agosto in giro per Tokyo, tra il caldo, la folla, la metropolitana, e le lunghe passeggiate, poter rientrare in una stanza fresca, comoda, spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa, è veramente impagabile. Dovessimo tornare a Tokyo, saprei già dove alloggiare...
E' solo un inezia: forse sarebbe da rivedere la chiusura delle finestre con le tende, che la mattina presto fanno comunque entrare un po' di luce. Ma niente di insopportabile.

Check-in and check-out were easy instructions to follow. The room had a separate double bed and 5 firm futon mattresses spread out evenly on the surrounding floor. There was enough space to move around even with all our luggage. We appreciate having the washer and small kitchen complete with plenty of cups and chopsticks for all our takeout foods! The air conditioning worked well and little things like slippers, a shoe horn, pocket wifi, Dyson hair dryer and available umbrellas and a water cooler helped make our stay a better especially after all the walking in the heat! 7-11 for breakfast with Yamato transport for luggage forwarding, laundromat, pharmacy and small supermarkets are all nearby too. Kate was excellent at correspondence answering all our questions too!
We found the bathroom floors outside the shower got a little wet after showers because the curtains were a little short perhaps? Rainy days made drying clothes a little challenging. Also, we understand the sleeping areas are all on a raised floor level, but we kept banging our toes on the step! (although I'm sure if we stayed longer, we would be better at seeing it!)
