一軒家なので少人数だとキッチンやベッドルームが広く使えとても快適。駅近で買い物便利。スタッフへの質問の回答が迅速で感じがよい。
ほぼキレイだがトイレはよく見ると隅に埃などが見られた。自分で掃除したが掃除機が欲しかった。細長い三階建では仕方ないが階段上り下りは高齢者にやや辛いかも。
