The fact that nothing about access, wifi or room number was given to us. Day before the stay, no one informed us of a locked door or what the pass code was. Room number was provided once we were able to access the building after waiting outside with our luggage for some time and instead of a key we were given a padded lock (which was locked) and we did not know the passcode too. On top of this we weren’t informed about the wifi password and saw that a charge would be required. We couldn’t leave the room unlocked with our luggage as we were waiting for responses for over an hour!! This was an hour of our time wasted. We were eventually given the wifi password and number to the padlock but I think staff needs to be more communicative or to provide the details in advance otherwise people’s time is being wasted
