Great location and price for a few day stay in Osaka. The staff is fast to respond with questions

We made some soup in the unit before realizing there is limited bowls and place to sit and eat.

최악의 숙박 경험, 여행 전체가 망가졌습니다

번화가에 위치, 편의점 마트 가까움

예약한 숙소가 변경되었습니다. 그런데 바뀐 곳은 기존 예약한 곳보다 컨디션이 훨씬 안 좋았고, 관리가 전혀 되지 않은 상태였습니다. 부엌과 테라스는 쓰레기와 벌레 더미로 가득했고, 바퀴벌레가 약 200마리나 기어다녔습니다. 약을 뿌리고 벌레를 모두 잡고 잠시 후에 보면 똑같이 벌레가 기어다니고 있었습니다. 호스트가 도저히 연락이 안되어서 한국 고객센터와 1시간 넘게 통화 했지만, 고객센터도 호스트와 통화가 되지 않았습니다. 아침에 밖으로 나와 이동중 다행히 다른 곳을 안내받았지만, 호스트는 미안하다는 말 한마디 없었습니다. 여행 첫날부터 모든 게 엉망이 되었습니다. 편의점 음식 먹으며 즐겁게 마무리해야 할 밤을 긴팔, 긴팔, 긴바지로 온몸을 꽁꽁 싸매고 제대로 잠도 못 잤습니다. 오사카 자체가 싫어질 만큼 불쾌하고 속상한 경험이었습니다. 최소한의 위생과 양심적인 대응을 기대했지만, 둘 다 없었습니다. 절대 추천하지 않습니다.
