Bluesky Garden, cozy apartment with garden in the Jewish Ghetto.
Cozy one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building in the historic Jewish Ghetto of the Cannaregio district. The living area consists of a dining room with a double sofa bed and TV, and a kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including an oven, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. The dining room opens onto a garden furnished with a table. Bluesky Garden offers two bedrooms, the first furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second with two single beds. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with showers.
Our guests will have additional comforts at their disposal, such as free Wifi, a washing machine, air conditioning and heating, and a TV.
Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.
*The building is not equipped with an elevator.
* Key collection is possible from 15:00 at Rio Terà Sant'Andrea, Santa Croce, 460, 30135, Venice. Check-in instructions will be communicated to guests only after completing the online registration of identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax via a payment link sent a few days before arrival.

Property was excellent. The neighborhood was fantastic and quiet. The only downside was retrieving the keys which were located 2km from the property. This set up is not convenient if you plan on arriving via waterbus to Madonna dell'orto station which is very close to the property.

If you're on a budget, this is a good rental for you. However, you should be aware of the following things. When arriving, you have to retrieve the keys which is about a 20 to 25 minutes walk from the rental. Be aware that the only way to get to the property from the airport is via a water taxi or public water taxi. Public water taxis are always busy and not ideal for more than one piece of luggage. You would need to get a private water taxi which is expensive. Upon check out, you need to dispose of the trash when you leave between 630 and 8:30 AM which is a walk about 150 feet from the rental. In addition, they only have about 3 tiny trash cans for the whole unit. There are no USB ports so make sure you have your own electrical adapter for Italy. Opening the door was difficult as the door knob is defective. Lastly, upon leaving, there was a handbook that we read, but did not say to push the button to get out of the locked door so we had no idea how to actually leave the building. I'm writing this lengthy review because I wish I would've known this information before booking this property. I would not stay here again.
