Updated 4 bedroom/2 bath craftsman style home in the BEST location! This beautiful house has a huge backyard and is close to almost everything San Diego has to offer. Only about a mile or two away from Balboa Park, the Zoo, Old Town, The Gaslamp Quarter, The Embarcadero, Hillcrest and just minutes from the airport. WALK to Little Italy in 10 minutes! Beautiful huge backyard with plenty of room to entertain. GREAT for families, or larger groups!! Sleeps 8 comfortably!
We’re close to all the best things San Diego has to offer. WALK to Little Italy and dine at some of the best restaurants in San Diego. We’re within a few minutes Uber/Lyft to Balboa Park, the famous San Diego Zoo, Historic Old Town, Gaslamp Quarter, or the Embarcedaro, and Seaport Village.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm! Any parties will result in IMMEDIATE eviction and no refunds. No exceptions!!! We are close with our neighbors and have surveillance cameras outside so please don’t attempt it.
No smoking inside the house! No confetti AT ALL! $30 extra cleaning fee will be charged.

We were meeting friends, with our dog, we felt so lucky to have found a house so close to town and had an amazing backyard. I was nervous about the street parking and it turned out to be no problem at all. There was always a spot right in front of the house. We stayed there four days and never had an issue. The host was very easy to communicate with and made the check-in process very easy. We are looking forward to staying again thanks so much.

We had a wonderful stay for our Girls Getaway. The location is great for almost anything you want to do. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor gazebo to relax in the evenings after our days out. Host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this home.

The hose was very welcoming and responded very quickly. Everything was just as the picture stated in a great location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was very very clean. I will definitely be staying here again.
