Cottage build in 2022 and located in the most famous part of the Icelandic countryside, our charming cottage offers an idyllic retreat in the heart of the Golden Circle. This peaceful haven is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, with panoramic views of beautiful mountains that frame the horizon.
The exterior of the cottage blends harmoniously with its surroundings, featuring traditional Nordic architecture with a modern twist. Clad in weathered wood, the cottage exudes rustic charm while offering all the comforts of contemporary living. A spacious porch invites you to relax and soak in the jacuzzi or heating up in the sauna. From there you can sip your morning coffee or stargazing under the clear Icelandic sky.
Inside, the cottage is a cozy sanctuary, thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and warmth. Large windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light, offering uninterrupted views of the stunning landscape. The interior is tastefully decorated with a mix of Scandinavian simplicity and cozy touches, including a welcoming fireplace that adds a touch of rustic elegance.
The well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a dining area, is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms both with king size beds (180x200cm), a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds (4 times 80x200cm).

Property even better than advertised. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect property for our 3 generational party. We had noIssues during our stay- exceeded expectations. We were even fortunate enough to be able to view the Northern Lights from the veranda!

This place was perfect! The idyllic Iceland experience. A beautiful, well designed home overlooking a stunning landscape with everything you'd want. Hosts are very accommodating and welcoming. Great location. Highly recommend!
