The location is great and the bed is comfy. Getting in touch with a real person upon check-in was difficult and communication was inconsistent, unhelpful and robotic. We wanted to know if the tap water was drinkable, and the janitor onsite said “no” while the host told us “yes” hours later. They offer to provide airport transfers, stating that their rates are the best and cheapest option, however Ubers are less than half the price. The auto-response robot couldn’t read our replies and often asked us to repeat information we had already provided in the same chat (booking number, flight arrival, etc). They have a Nespresso machine and kettle in the room, but no mugs, just espresso cups which were too small for the machine and overflowed. If staying here, the unit is pretty and nice but prepare to fend for yourself lol.
