Immaculately new and clean
Comfortable air conditioning
Clean new comfortable bed and bedding
Clean new kitcen and appliances
The toilet seat was not attached on one side and the fan filter smelled of cigarettes.
The parking in front of the building, the steps, and the hallway are very littered and grimy. It gives the wrong impression of a very nice apartment. I know it isn't the owner of this apartments responsibility, but no one likes condom wrappers and dirty bandages where they walk.

The owner communicated very well & was polite
Parking was horrible only one space for the visit. We came in two cars n the other car got towed & ruined the stay . Parking is very limited
