Easy instructions for entry, close to public transport.
Lift becomes annoying opening directly onto each bedroom.

Location & Parking: Great location with the benefit of secure parking. Even though it is situated on a main thoroughfare, street noise was completely unnoticeable.
Layout & Conveniences: Ample bathrooms (one on each floor), which was very convenient. The main bathroom is exceptionally large and features a great shower.
Kitchen & Supplies: The kitchen is large and well-equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms were also well-supplied.
Presentation: Overall, the rooms and living spaces were presented tidily upon arrival.
The photographs online are not representative of the property's actual condition. While the apartment has a lot of potential, it is severely let down by a lack of basic maintenance and upkeep. Furthermore, while the inclusion of an in-apartment lift might suggest an upmarket stay, it actually detracts from the experience—compromising the layout, room functionality, and noise insulation between levels.
Key Issues:
The "Second Bedroom": This is actually a study. The Murphy bed is positioned a mere 30cm from the lift door.
Noise & Aesthetics: The staircase is extremely noisy and feels rickety. There are visible water stains and unpainted patches on the walls.
Cleanliness & Pests: We found rodent droppings in the porch/front entry, and the BBQ was left dirty and uncleaned.
Minor Nuisances (Lack of Attention to Detail):
Missing hairdryer and no mirror lighting in the main bathroom.
Locked windows and wardrobe doors that wouldn't close properly (left ajar).
Missing batteries in the remote controls.
The iron and ironing board were dirty with burnt plastic and need to be replaced.
With some genuine attention to detail, a fresh lick of paint, and proper maintenance, this could be a great apartment. However, the numerous issues significantly detracted from our stay.
