The host was available by chat and in person throughout the stay and acted as a professional concierge. When he learned that we had trouble paying for street parking (the Android app provided by the city is region locked and doesn't work on out-of-country devices), he helped us pay for parking using his own cell phone and renewed it as needed, sending over screenshots for our peace of mind. When we needed an iron, he brought one over right away.
The apartment was just as in the pictures and perfectly clean. Location is great - just a short walk to Schonbrunn and the U4 subway line. Safe, family-friendly neighbourhood.
Apartment is on the first floor, which makes it extremely easy to just roll in the luggage from the street.
We were coming by car and needed parking. There is a lot of street parking available, but it's quite expensive and can only be purchased in 2-hour increments. However, overnight (after 10pm) and weekend parking is completely free, so we only ended up having to pay for 2 hours on Friday evening when we arrived. I advise
If you're there during the week, I would suggest load and unloading, which can be done conveniently at the door - and arrange prepaid parking in a dedicated parking lot.

La verdad es que todo súper bien y cómodo. Y Sobre todo limpio. Además el propietario nos daba instrucciones muy concretas en el chek ing. Y water era muy moderno. Son lo que limpian solos.
Todo bien, lo único que puesto a quejarse. Faltaría algún espejo más porque sólo estaba el del aseo.
