Comfortable, fully equipped apartment with washers and dryers available downstairs — exactly what we needed. Everything was clean, well maintained, and worked as expected.
We ended up booking here after leaving Byronessa Miami Beach (7320 Byron Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33141) the following day, after just one night, where we found a strong chemical odor, stained bedding, mold, and general dirt, and where the host ultimately refused to refund us for the nights we couldn't stay despite promising to do so. Paying around $20 more per night here was absolutely worth it — clean, honest, and stress-free, which is all we were looking for in the first place.

Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und bei offenen Anliegen wurde rasch gehandelt. Die Lage war top! Nahe am Strand und ocean Drive und dennoch ruhig in der Nacht.
Leider wirkte die Unterkunft bei unserer Ankunft nicht vollständig geputzt bzw. Hatte es den Anschein, dass nicht Staub gesaugt wurde.

The location was fabulous and couldn’t have been better. The apartment had a modern, stylish design and it smelt clean on arrival, which made for a great first impression.
The location is fantastic and definitely the highlight of this accommodation. Overall, the stay was pleasant, though a few small maintenance and cleanliness details could be improved, especially considering the price. Some fixtures were damaged, the TV wasn’t working, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The dishwasher was left full, and the toilet roll holder was hanging off. We also needed to take the trash out around the back of the building. With a bit more attention to these details, it could be an even better experience.
