Great location. Facility was in excellent condition - seemed very newly renovated. Room was nice and neat and clean. Unit 20 is a 1 bedroom setup with a living room and bedroom - plenty of space. Did not try the laundry in building but that is a nice perk. I noticed another review complaining about garbage outside the window and a kindergarten outside the window. I noticed nothing of the sort (and this unit is on the second floor). There is a very nice elementary school diagonally across the street but I heard zero sound from it. AC worked nicely.
I will look forward to staying here again.
The only thing that could have been better was that the floor (which seemed like one of these synthetic woods, with grooves in it) had some dirt/mud smudges on it that made it look a bit dirty when I arrived. I was able to wipe one of them off, suggesting these could have been cleaned. The apartment overall was very clean, but I suggest the cleaning person should go around between stays and spot clean those spots on the floors. Again, the apartment was nice and clean otherwise and I would definitely stay again.
