房屋位于肯辛顿，地理位置相当不错。附近停车还是比较方便，晚上6:30以后可以免费，但最好手机上网并支付0.6镑并登记，以免麻烦。
房间设施比较一般，特别是半地下室的卧室非常闷热。总的来说性价比不高。我们有个房间的淋浴龙头有些小问题，房东在我们提出问题后能及时上门解决，这让我们感到非常满意。

Beautiful house in a fabulous location. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station and within walking distance of Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall, and small supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants. It is in a pretty mews street which is very quite; we were able to sleep with our bedroom windows open and were not disturbed by noise at all.
The property is arranged over four floors so may not suit those who struggle with stairs.

La casa è molto bella anche se un po datata e la ripartizione delle camere, ognuna con un bagno è stato prezioso in quanto eravamo tre famiglie e questo ha permesso di rispettare la privacy di ognuna di noi. Gli spazi comuni erano molto ampi e ci ha permesso di condividere le colazioni tutto insieme.
Forse la pulizia, per quanto i bagni fossero puliti in termini di sanitari e pavimenti, nelle camere c’era un po di polvere sulle lampade, sui letti in tessuto idem in cucina. È una casa molto grande e quindi impensabile una pulizia accurata ad ogni cambio inquilino se ciò è su soggiorni brevi, tuttavia si potrebbe curare un po di più.
